SUMMARY
Assembles and packages cold food in an assembly line fashion, which will be delivered to customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Uses production list to know type of food and quantity
- Gets ingredients together before assembling
- Works Packing Line dividing food into individual meals
- Packs hot and cold meals
- Assembles plates
- Puts together salads and sandwiches
- Packs fruit and vegetables packs
- Double checks for accuracy
- Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Relevant work experience will be considered
Must pass a Food Handlers exam before starting work
Experience working on a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment
Working knowledge of basic arithmetic
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to take instruction in the English language (written and verbal) and have the ability to interpret written and verbal requests as required.
REASONING ABILITY
Excellent organizational skills are required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands of this position are typical of those found in a warehouse & kitchen setting. Some light lifting may be required. Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment is that of a warehouse and can be fast paced and hectic with a high volume of work.

Compensation: $16.75 per hour
